Career Opportunities


Jay Strycker
Director of Multimedia

Jay studied programming at Purdue University and Indiana University at South Bend. He has been programming and producing multimedia for over ten years on IBM, Macintosh, and Amiga platforms. With a strong background in software technical support and producing specialized multimedia, Jay brings a distinct knowledge of multimedia tools, formats, and project management to our team.

As the very first employee of Golden Dome Production's Multimedia Department, he has programmed an ethics training program for Bayer Corporation, a surgical training program for Zimmer, and The Kurt & Tessye Simon Foundation for Holocaust Remembrance on CD-ROM. Currently, he is orchestrating the enormous growth of the Multimedia Department resources and projects.

Sandy Hafer
Senior Multimedia/Internet Project Manager

Sandy graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle with a degree in music and video business. As an Associate Producer for Seafirst Bank Corporate Television and Producer for The Coolout Network, she has experience in corporate and music video production. Sandy handles all of the scheduling, quality control, and project management for the Multimedia Department. Just prior to joining Golden Dome she served as a National Account Coalition Team Member for Whirlpool Corporation.

Louann DeLisle
Project Manager

As "senior" member (meaning the oldest person) of the Multimedia Department, Louann DeLisle brings over 17 years of experience in advertising and marketing to the Golden Dome team. After studies at Michigan State and Western Michigan Universities, she held positions as:  creative director for an ad agency specializing in electronic media;
advertising coordinator for a manufacturing firm; and project manager for a Michiana marketing agency. Her background offers a unique foundation of creative, client-centered, market-oriented focus for multimedia project management.


Chris Schiller
Senior Multimedia Programmer

Chris brings a variety of talents and abilities to the GDP team.  As well as his multimedia programming skills he has 14 years of television production experience as well as a Bachelorís degree in Philosophy from the University of Illinois at Chicago.  His eclectic experience allows him to draw from a wide range of areas to solve the unusual problems unique to multimedia production.

Bill Blevins
Senior Multimedia Specialist

Bill has a degree in Music Engineering Technology from Ball State where he also dabbled in video and multimedia. He was a CD-i developer for Dynacom for three years before joining Villing & Company as Senior Multimedia Developer in October of 1995. He brings to Golden Dome his widespread talents in cross-platform multimedia development.

Dale Kerkman Jr.
Multimedia Design Consultant

Dale graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor of Design degree, specifically in computer graphics, and has worked in graphics and animation for  ten years. Having been a Senior Computer Graphics Artist designing successful arcade and home games for "Incredible Technologies" in Chicago, Dale now brings these incredible talents to Golden Dome Productions.

Jon Madison

Since the age of twelve, Jon has pursued an interest in computers. He began by teaching himself "BASIC" at home. He continued his interest studying Computer Science at Rose Hulman Institute of Technology in
Terre Haute, and at Purdue University in Indianapolis. He has been a UNIX administrator for five years and was introduced to the World Wide Web in 1994 where he has been surfing ever since. Jon was discovered at Silicon Graphics in Indianapolis where he worked as a System Engineer Co-op within their internship program. Joining Golden Dome in May of 1996, Jon is our server guru and all-around technical guy.

Ed Finkler
Internet Specialist

Ed graduated from Indiana University South Bend with a BA in English, minoring in Computer Science, and has been designing and publishing since he was 14.  In recent years his interests have turned towards Web design and publishing, while simultaneously honing his skills as an electronic musician.  He worked as a computer consultant at IUSB for over 2 years and as a technician at Skye/net Network Services before being hired  by Golden Dome in August 1997.

Andy Bell
Multimedia Intern

Andy is a senior at Riley High School and has assisted us in many ways, including image scanning, video capturing, html programming and more.  We appreciate his contributions to our many projects.
