Barnes & Thornburg is Indiana’s largest legal firm with offices throughout the Midwest, providing services from small local businesses to international Fortune 500 companies.
Challenge: Barnes & Thornburg needed a high quality portable multimedia presentation that could be used at several offices to market their law firm to potential clients and introduce new employees to the many aspects of their diverse firm.
Solution: Golden Dome Productions produced a interactive CD-ROM presentation designed for playback on a multimedia laptop computer with the capability to launch a Power Point presentation. An extensive amount of video and still images were produced to make a visually rich program with an interface that was meticulously refined to convey the distinction of the Barnes & Thornburg law firm. The program overviews their firm, describes their areas of practice, promotes their offices and capabilities, details their client list, and reviews their history.
Technical: Barnes & Thornburg’s concern was to have a CD-ROM that was visually and technically progressive for a law firm, with the highest quality video and audio that could be played back from a 133 mhz pentium laptop with a 4x CD-ROM using Windows 95 and be able to launch a Power Point presentation.
Movies: 320 x 240 at 15 fps, higher quality Indeo compression, 22Khz 8-bit mono audio.
CD Space Usage: 100 MB
